Who we support
We take calls from any parent, carer, or guardian in the ACT. Parents don’t need to be in crisis to reach out — we provide both one-off advice and ongoing counselling. Common reasons for referral include:
- Parenting stress and overwhelm
- Behaviour or school concerns
- Family changes or conflict
- Adjusting to new stages (from pregnancy through to adolescence)

How to refer
- Give parents our phone number: 02-6287 3833

Parents can self-refer directly — no paperwork required.
