Who we support

We take calls from any parent, carer, or guardian in the ACT. Parents don’t need to be in crisis to reach out — we provide both one-off advice and ongoing counselling. Common reasons for referral include:

  • Parenting stress and overwhelm
  • Behaviour or school concerns
  • Family changes or conflict
  • Adjusting to new stages (from pregnancy through to adolescence)
